The family decide where the viewing/reposing/wake will take place. Family members may choose to have a combination of a private viewing/reposing/wake at home and a public viewing/reposing/wake in our funeral home.

Finnegan’s Funeral home is located just a few minutes short walk from the Square in Kenmare town. We have a sizeable car park at the Funeral Home for family and friends.

We encourage family members to bring personal and treasured items that may belong to their loved one for display during viewing in our funeral home – eg. Framed photo/photos etc.

You are welcome to choose music while the repose or any service is taking place in our Funeral Home. We can help you with choosing/downloading favourite pieces of music in any genre. Music at funerals aims to comfort and provide solace
